Product Description

Yarrow is a strong flavouring herb & should be used sparingly. Pair yarrow with another herb, like parsley & blend with neutral flavoured oil to create an aromatic oil to use in vinaigrettes.

The herb has a strong liquorice-like aroma with a sweet flavour & a somewhat bitter & astringent finish.

Yarrow contains flavonoids that aid in digestion by increasing salvia & acids in the stomach.
