As with other types of Quinoa, rinse red Quinoa before use to get rid of the bitter outer coating.  Red quinoa is prepared similarly to other types, simply simmer in liquid in a ration 2:1, 2 parts liquid to 1 part quinoa and simmer for 10 minutes or until water is absorbed.
